Position: Retail Store Manager

Salary: Market related – based on experience

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail and outdoor adventure? Blades and Triggers is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales at one of our retail locations!

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and staff
• Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain store merchandising and stock levels
• Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and staff scheduling
• Ensure adherence to company policies and security measures

Requirements:

• Retail management experience (preferably in sporting goods, tactical gear, or outdoor equipment)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours
• Passion for air soft, self-defense, knives, and outdoor gear is a plus!
